To start a new project, fill out a one time form and we'll create your custom client portal where you can upload whenever is convenient for you, day or night. 

All completed transcripts are stored on our secure server for the life of the project, accessible for the whole team. 

 MoonCity understands what writers and editors need in order to find the best material quickly and efficiently. In addition to traditional word-for-word transcribing, we assign time code references to subtleties including facial expressions, body language, “off camera” conversations, and other visuals that are not always apparent by reading words only. Our transcribers are always looking for those additional moments to emphasize a point, move a story forward, or to showcase and further develop a character. It is this inside knowledge of the process, and extra attention to detail, that makes us the best in the business. 

We can process any file type, including mov, mp4, mp3, wav, wma, aif, mid, mpa, etc. 

If you have a more obscure format that you need us to work with, please let us know and we'll figure it out. 

Easy billing and payment options. We accept all major credit cards, checks or wire transfers. All invoices include PO Numbers, file details including turn-around time, speaker count, TRT and total charge per file. 

All completed transcripts are delivered in word format. TXT files are also available for ScriptSync or AVID import at no additional charge. 

We can combine multiple tapes into a single transcript by interviewees, interview date, location, cameras, or any combination that suits your needs. 

We have transcribers working over the weekend, so if you need a Monday file delivery for a Saturday or Sunday upload, we can accommodate.
