Designed for TV production, our standard formatting includes document and page headers, timecodes, paraphrased producers with all talking points outlined, verbatim interviewee dialogue including false starts, minus filler words such as "um" and "uh", proper name research and standardization across all transcripts. All transcripts are second pass reviewed by a manager. Verbatim producer dialogue is also available upon request*. TXT version are also available at no additional charge for ScriptSync and AVID import. Custom format is also available at no additional charge*.

Rates are calculated by number of speakers and requested guaranteed turn-around times. See FAQ for TA calculations and upload cut-offs. 95% of our transcripts are delivered early at no additional charge.
